As a coach, I empower people to make powerful, value-based choices in life. With a calm and insightful style, I am a partner who listens, challenges, encourages, and guides clients to reach beyond what they thought was possible in order to find what they truly want.
My preparation for successful coaching has been received throughout a career in business, fifteen of which were in a Human Resources executive role. With more than 20 years of progressive leadership experiences in privately held, publicly traded and non-profit organizations, I have worked for Fortune 500 organizations as well as small, entrepreneurial organizations. I have coached individuals in industries that include apparel, banking, education, electronics, energy, insurance, legal, manufacturing, retail, service, software, technology, telecommunications, transportation, and trucking. I have worked with a diverse clientele including executives, first time leaders, high potential professionals, small business owners and recent college graduates. My experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that leaders and individuals in organizations face. Additionally, I have held non-profit board member positions.
I received my coach training and certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the prestigious and world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). CTI is one of the top coaching schools in the world and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. I am also certified by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Professional Communication from Alverno College, and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
I cherish family life; and I enjoy physical fitness activities, community service and gardening.
